  • Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
  • This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.
  • All visitors on the premises at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • This home allows up to two dogs for an additional rent of $50 per night per pet plus taxes. Mature, well-trained dogs only.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • This home allows up to two dogs for an additional rent of $50 per night per pet plus taxes. Mature, well-trained dogs only.
  • Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however, there may be an admission fee. Cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available at the property.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • A level 2 EV charger outlet (50 Amp) is available for guest use. Please bring your charging cable.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • The TV services at this home are streaming-only.
  • There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided. Hair dryers are provided.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

Safety and Emergency Information

  • This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Construction and Noise

  • Please note that there is a property immediately next door to Wine Down that is under active construction. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm (Updated: March 27, 2025).
  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
